Using an Entity Reference

  • SmartConnect.com
  1. On the Integration tab click on Additional Columns tab.
  2. Click on the Add Additional Column button.

  1. The Additional Column window will open.
  2. Name – Enter a name for the column.
  3. Tab off the Name field to enable the Type field.
  4. Type – Select Entity Reference from the Type dropdown list.
  5. Entity and Reference fields will be added to the window.
  1. Entity – Select the entity that the reference is for.
  2. Reference – Select the column that holds the GUID for the entity reference.
  3. Click Save to save the column settings.
